●How to Create Images for Submission
Here is the description page that explains how to create citizen image, pictSQUARE avatar introduction image and room image and exhibit to EVE Gallery.
Please check out these pages as a reference of
how to create avatar images and how to create the room image
on the pictSQUARE guidelines page as a reference.
Please note that the guidelines pages are in Japanese only
except the top page, use a translation app or site if you need to.

Room image
224 x 224px, PNG or JPG.
Transparent area is not recommended for reflecting the color of the ground.
You can only make the data as "room-your contact nick name.png/jpg".
(Ex: room-samejimachich.png)
Also, hand drawing is acceptable, but please make it square and we cannot check the appearance.
*When submitting modified data, you can make the data as "room-samejimachich-mod-number of correction.png"

Also, the circle participants' space has inaccessible area as shown in the image below.

Profile picture
Within 1000px on the longest side, any poses acceptable but frontal full body with white or transparent background is recommended.
Please note that you must make a data as "oc-your contact nickname.jpg/png"
(Ex: psavatar-samejimachich.png)

Please note that you must make a data as "psavatar-your contact nickname.jpg/png"

Terms of submitting to EVE Gallery
Only one artwork per person.
You can also submit the art that it already has been posted on a social media or portfolio site.
We only accept within 1500px on the longest side JPG/PNG/GIF data. (We can also accept GIF video with same size.)
Please make the data as "eve-your contact nickname.jpg/png/gif".
(Ex: eve-samejimachich.jpg)
*When submitting modified data, please make the data as "eve-your contact nickname-mod-number of correction.jpg/png/gif".
(Ex: eve-samejimachich-mod-2.jpg)
**NOTE**
Please note that if any one of data name, size and data type was incorrect,
we would not be able to publish your work, and we would not contact you in advance.
If your work has not been published after more than a week after submitting your application
is in case your data has not been accepted due to incomplete data,
please check the notes again and resubmit it or contact the organizer.
At last, the organizer cannot comment to your contact about confirming your data before submitting.
