Terms of Submissions　and Works for Sale

At this event, we prohibit the artwork that contains the following content, as judged by the organizer: "The work that significantly changes the concept and appearance of official NSR characters, and does not fit the worldview of Vinyl city".

• NSFW contents

• Unofficial shipping between official characters, or between official characters and OCs

(It also contains hugs and compositions that clearly seem to be between lovers.)

• Excessive violence (Ex: Gore, Dismemberment, Bloodshed, etc.)

• Anthropomorphism (Gijinka) or Furry

• OCs appears as main character or only appears OCs

We also prohibit the submission of any artwork which any of the following acts have been discovered or are suspected.

• Using, Processing, Tracing in whole or in part any content that is not permitted for use in derivative works, including NSR in-game data. Examples include the following actions.

​

1. Images, fonts, UI, 3D data and music materials including voice, used in the game.

2. Screenshots or captured images or videos of existing work, photos not taken by you, and any other images and music posted on the Internet.

​

• Parts or the entire work looks (or sounds) very similar to or nearly identical to any existing work including NSR, even if no tracing is used.

• Content includes excessively ridicules or slanders specific characters, real person or organizations, etc.

However, the following actions are not prohibited.

​

• Compositions or poses referenced from any screenshots or photos taken by you.

• Made all by yourself with reference to other existed works.

(However, it doesn't permit if the artwork you made is too far from

your original style or looks really similar to the reference work.)

If a work is not in compliance, is submitted to EVE Gallery, it would not be published and the organizer will not the submitter.
If a work is not in compliance, is found in the items to be distributed of circle, the organizer would contact you to ask you to correct it or sale (exhibit) different items, although if there is no improvement, at the worst, you would be banned from this event.
